We want to say a big thank you to Lianna for making all the arrangements for my surprise 25th wedding anniversary gift to my husband, Lianna kept it so secretive he did not know about it till we reached sydney airport, and he was sooo surprised, so thank Lianna. Our accommodation at the Grande Chancellor in Adelaide was fantastic, as was all the staff. We had our anniversary dinner at the Manse restaurant and what a dinning experience. We enjoyed every minute of our 3 day mystery flight. Once again thank you.

Hello Liana,Just wanted to let you know that I had an excellent time in Hobart. Everything was perfect. The Woolstore Apartment Hotel is luxurious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My apartment was really nice and had everything I could need. I will stay there again if I can get back to Hobart some day. It is only a five minute walk to the waterfront and about ten minutes to Salamanca Place. The transfers were all on time.Obviously I would have liked a longer stay but I’m pretty sure I will go again in the future. My kids are really pleased that I had such a good time. My daughter was a bit worried about the whole thing after they had given me the voucher for my birthday, wondering how it would all go, but now she is glad that they did.Thanks again for everything. I will definitely recommend you to as many people as I can.

I have a husband that is really hard to buy gifts for, so I took a punt and booked him a mystery flight. Thank you so much for the experience, we had the best time of our lives, he still can’t wipe the grin off his face. I just wanted to send you a quick email to say what a wonderful experience we had wtih ‘Mystery Flights’ This is the first time I have ever flown and I was very aprehensive at the thought. The way you put everything together, emails, documents, flights, accommodation and tranfers is a credit to your company. We did not open our package till the morning at the airport. The accomodation at the Menzis in Sydney was perfect. On our return to Brisbane from Sydney on Monday the 19th of September our flight was cancelled and one of your teammembers was straight on the phone to us to tell us what to do. Fantastic!! “Melbourne, let me introduce you to …Kate and Kylie!!!” What a weekend!!!! We had an absolute ball !!!! Thank you so much for organising our girlie/mummy 4 days 3 nights mystery flight to Melbourne. With anticipation/excitement running through us, we arrived at the airport, with not much sleep, still not knowing our destination. People around us soon caught on we were on a mystery flight and were equally excited. The check in chick asked for our destination and when we said we didn’t know she looked a bit concerned. It turns out she has never heard of mystery flights!!! She slowly opened the envelope and announced our destination as Melbourne! We had ruled Melbourne out due to it being Cup week so were initially in a bit of shock! We checked in (luggage weighing in at around 20kgs!), and immediately headed straight to the bar for a glass of champagne and to madly plan our weekend!!! Well, with us landing in Melbourne on Ladies Day” we really didn’t have to plan too hard. Amongst our 20kgs were just a few fancy frocks and thrown in at last minute were our fascinators! Weird! It was a great start to the weekend!!! Our 4 days were full of so many laughs… we ate, we drank, we shopped,(of course), we caught trams around Melbourne and even managed a sunbake and swim at St Kilda beach. Just to top it off, we hired a convertible sports car and visited 1600 penguins on Phillip Island!!!! What a weekend….we didn’t stop laughing and having fun until we collapsed in exhausted sleep on the plane on the way back to Sydney! We scored our trip an 11/10!We may need a while to recover but we’ll be back…watch out Australia you never know where the K&K team might land next! Love Kate and Kylie

 What was the best thing about your Mystery Flight? Everything was fantastic. My mystery flight was a gift. I cheated and opened my envelope early. At first I was quite disappointed that I was going to Cairns (I am a Queensland girl and was hoping for somewhere interstate), but I soon became very excited as I struggled to decide which tours and activities I wanted to do when I got there. From the moment I got to the airport the service I received throughout my whole trip was amazing. I am telling anyone who will listen about Mystery Flights and I can’t wait to go on another one. Hi Guys Just wanted to pass on some feedback regarding my mystery flight (that I was awarded through RACQ’s redballoon program). I can not rate your company or the experience highly enough! Your staff were more than accommodating for our requests (as I was travelling with my mother and required separate bedrooms). The initial dates that I had given did have trips available but your consultants were adamant on finding us something nice and worked around a second set of dates given (only about 1 month after the original date). You can only imagine our suprise and pleasure to see that from travelling from Brisbane, we were going to Hobart! The hotel and shuttle process was simply to easy and all of the information provided in our package made sure we had a jam packed, adventured filled 4 days – we made the most of every hour of every day we were there. I can’t thank you enough! And I can’t wait to book with you again! Great value for money!

We would like to give some feedback on our booking.Our Mystery flight was a wonderful experience, well organised, the accommodation was great.The Shuttles to and from airport was no trouble at all, easy enough to find and no real delay.The motel was lovely, enjoying both the location and the facilities, especially the pool and spa.Airflights were good, what we particularly liked was the early flight in and the late flight out, gave us a full four days to enjoy. We would like to share how much we fitted into our four days, it was a good opportunity to experience Adelaide, because the flights got us in early as well as the shuttle being on time, we were able to unpack and get our surroundings before meeting a tour to Hardorf for the afternoon. It was Friday so that night Adelaide has late night shopping and the markets are on, so we went straight to the markets, they had music playing and the atmosphere was great then a stroll through Rundall mall and some tea at one of the alfresco dinning. Saturday we took a tour to Kangaroo Isand, which was good, big day took in most of the Island.Sunday was more relaxed with a nice breakfast before heading by tram to Glenelg for the day. And Monday we strolled to Botanic Gardens, Antique shop and around Adelaide itself. All this and still had time to relax before the shuttle come. Our four days in Adelaide was all done without a car, of course this was a quick overview but we will go back at our leisure one day.For us though to fit that all in in one Mystery Flight was great, if we never go back we can say we have seen Adelaide. Thanks again for the great organisation we will certainly be looking forward to either purchasing one for ourselves or hoping the daughters get stuck for another gift idea, and we have already recommended them to friends. Hi Lynne and Staff, Just thought I would drop you a line and let you know how our weekend went.We unfortunately had a 2 hour sit on the tarmac aboard plane at Brisbane due to Fog in Sydney and Melbourne so that was a little disappointing .And out of everyone¡¦s control.Our flight was uneventful after that ,our transfers were prompt, our hotel was very nice and the service was great.We all spent the afternoon bar hopping and adventuring, we had a great dinner at South Bank.Sunday everyone did their own thing and we caught up later for a fantastic lunch at St Kilda Beach.We had a great time , our only complaint was that the time went way too fast!!!!I would Highly recommend your service and would do a mystery flight again. A month out from the Easter long weekend, we found that we had no plans unlike previous years. We knew we wanted to have a 4 day get away and didn’t really mind where abouts in Australia we ended up. The best thing about our Mystery Flight was that the company made up our minds for us in terms of destination as well as accommodation.Surfers Paradise was an absolute blast, thank you!What was the worst thing about your Mystery Flight? If you are not a fan of unpredictability and like to plan your holidays to the minute, then having a Mystery Flight may not be as fun. However, if you love spontaneity, then these packages are worth it. Exploring by foot the esplanade, catching a wave first go with surf lessons, relaxing on the beach, before tracking down a rental car company with a spare car and heading to Brisbane, then Tangalooma, for the day was more than we could have asked for!

Our kids gave us a mystery flight for last xmas which we have just taken in October. Thankyou for our fantastic weekend in Sydney. The Intercontinental was beautiful and in a great location for easy access to circular quay. We had the best time and packed a lot into our long weekend. We have recommended to our kids to get us another mystery flight for this xmas as well.

What a wonderful stay in Hobart. We roamed Constitution Dock and ate fish and chips on the wharf, visited Salamanca Market which was a big highlight as well as The Myer Hobart Christmas Pageant which we found unexpectantly was being held on Saturday at 10am. What a pageant and Holly even got to have a cuddle with Jimmy Giggle from Giggle and Hoot. We ate out at cafes, restaurants, ate pastries and enjoyed a few champagnes and ciders at some local pubs. The Hotel Collins was perfectly located and above our expectation. Your choice was perfect!

Cairns literally lights up and comes to life at night time, we didn’t realize how popular the place is, just so beautiful walking along the esplanade, managed an amazing Reef (snorkeling) trip and Food Trail (tasting)tour in Atherton Tablelands, both full days, can recommend both. Sorry to rave on but can’t thank Mystery Flights enough!! You all have a wonderful Christmas too. Dear Mystery Flight crew! Just a quick email to express how happy and thrilled I was with the whole mystery flight experience – start to finish! Right from the outset and when we received our express package the day before, we were bursting with excitement to read we were flying to Sydney! (who’d have thought one could be so excited about Sydney?!) The preparation and information included was phenomenal and before we left we organised our day trips and places to go and see. I love to be organised so having this information at my finger tips so easily was wonderful. The accommodation at Four Point Sheraton was wonderful, and I don’t think I have every stayed anywhere else where the staff are all so friendly, willing to help and so courteous. The mystery flight was well organised, help was provided whenever it was required and all documents and details arrived on the scheduled dates. On arrival at our detination on the Gold Coast we were met and conveyed by minibus to oiur accomocdation.The accomodation was first class and the staff were very courteous and helpful. I found the experience very enjoyable and would certainly recommend it to others.

Just would like to thank you for our recent mystery flight.Myself, along with my partner, Louise, flew out on Wednesday the 19th of June from Sydney to Adelaide and had an absolute ball! Everything went like clockwork. All transfers, check-ins/outs were nothing short of outstanding. The Hotel Grand Chancellor on Hindley in Adelaide was warm, friendly and very inviting. When we knew of our destination our first thoughts were Oh No!! , but decided to be positive and see what happened. I can tell you we had a great time and would recommend Adelaide to anyone. We did hire a car as most of the attractions are outside of the city but filled our days easily. Coming from Sydney , Adelaide was a breeze to get around and could not believe how wide the streets were and the lack of traffic. Our accomodation was the best and could not fault the service. If you want a break away with the added interest of not knowing where you will end up then this is the way to go.

WEnt on tram to Glenelg beach , horse racing, casino, had so much to do but will have to return as only had the weekend to explore. We just wanted to send a quick email thanking Lynne for organizing our 3 night mystery flight package to adelaide especially seeing it was very last minute. Lynne took my call 4 days prior to Easter and went above and beyond in finding a way to book a great package for us. The Majestic Roof Garden Hotel was perfectly located just off Rundle Street,and the service of the staff was unbelievable! They were very helpful with organizing sight seeing tours, and assisting us with any query we had. No task was too great for the staff. So thanks to them too. Our room was very comfortable as we were upgraded to an executive suite. Gorgeous room! We really enjoyed our time in Adelaide and it definitely wouldn’t have been the same if it wasn’t for Mystery Flights. We saw so much in 4 days! Great experience – everything taken care of!I took my daughter and we ended up in fabulous Queensland. Mystery flight staff were fantastic – even got a phone call in the morning to check if everything was OK with flights as some issues were happening elsewhere! We had a wonderful time – the hotel was fine, the weather was great, transfers were on time – what more can you ask! My only complaint is that it wasn’t long enough. Thank you very much

I took my partner on a mystery flight as he had never been on a plane. We had a great flight, location of accommodation was in the middle of the city and close to shops and transport. In summer to stay somewhere where there is a pool would have been great but hotel was air conditioned so we were comfy when at the room. It was very hassle free as transport to and from airport was arranged. I liked the mystery flight as I had nothing to worry about.

I purchased this Mystery Flight for my husband’s birthday. Not knowing where we’d spend the weekend had him in suspense. We ended up in Brisbane at the Novetel Hotel. Weather turned out fantastic and we got to see a part of QLD we didn’t see before. We really enjoyed ourselves doing and seeing so much.
