First time user of your company. It was for a 70th birthday surprise. I just can’t tell you how smoothly it all went. From the arrival of our Mystery envelope, to every bit of information we did or even may need on our holiday, to the gorgeous hotel (Hotel Grand Chancellor in Hobart). We opted to upgrade to the Honeymoon Suite, as you ain’t 70 every day, and that proved to be the icing on the cake.  People may say they could have booked all that themselves and even saved a buck, but you did it with such proficiency. I would just like to thank you for the weekend away. It was a total surprise and we had the most amazing time in Cairns. I had never been there, so we had so much fun. The barrier reef was simply amazing as well as the Skyrail. Everything went so smoothly from the plane to the shuttle to the hotel. The hotel took our luggage and then called us to advise when the rooms would be ready. We went walking, lunching and organising our trips for the next couple of days. So thanks for everything you did, it was fantastic. I have had several people ask how to contact you.
