First time user of your company. It was for a 70th birthday surprise. I just can’t tell you how smoothly it all went. From the arrival of our Mystery envelope, to every bit of information we did or even may need on our holiday, to the gorgeous hotel (Hotel Grand Chancellor in Hobart). We opted to upgrade to the Honeymoon Suite, as you ain’t 70 every day, and that proved to be the icing on the cake.  People may say they could have booked all that themselves and even saved a buck, but you did it with such proficiency. Just wanted to say a huge thank you for a wonderful trip. It was so great to have everything organised and not knowing where you are going until you arrived at the airport. Once we got there we organised a dinner cruise on the river and the next day we spent the day at Morton Island snorkeling and sand boarding.  The flight times were great and the hotel was fantastic !!!  We will definitely be booking one next year for our anniversary again. I will also make sure our family and friends know about Mystery Flights.
