First time user of your company. It was for a 70th birthday surprise. I just can’t tell you how smoothly it all went. From the arrival of our Mystery envelope, to every bit of information we did or even may need on our holiday, to the gorgeous hotel (Hotel Grand Chancellor in Hobart). We opted to upgrade to the Honeymoon Suite, as you ain’t 70 every day, and that proved to be the icing on the cake.  People may say they could have booked all that themselves and even saved a buck, but you did it with such proficiency. We were delighted to be going to Sydney, always one of our favourite places to visit. We appreciated that everything was taken care of including our transport to and from the hotel. The Primus Hotel was wonderful. The service, staff and breakfast were all excellent. The hotel was well positioned for us to walk to places or catch the train. Thank you for your attention to detail of all the arrangements for enabling our two days to be most enjoyable.

It couldn’t have been more perfect from the location of the hotel to the bonus river cruise with high tea and the airport transfers. Hi Mystery Flights! I just want to say thank you for organising such a wonderful Two night trip for me to the Gold Coast. It was an amazing experience and everything went flawlessly. The Executive Suite I was put in plus the views from the Hilton were spectacular, not to mention it was close to everything. All the hotel transfers were organised wonderfully and I know this beyond your control, but the weather was clear, sunny and 20 degrees or higher each day, making it perfect. This trip was just what I needed.
